GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Article 1 Definitions
The organization: Convert2Fit.
Agreement: The agreement is based on these general terms and conditions of Convert2Fit in which the customer enters into a written agreement for the training sessions at Convert2Fit.

Article 2 Applicability
These conditions apply if the customer has registered with Convert2Fit to participate in all Convert2fit services. These conditions apply to every activity. Any use of the services of Convert2Fit is at your own risk. Every participant must ensure that the use or participation is medically responsible for the person in question before using any facility or participating in any activity. In addition, every participant must be insured against accidents. If Convert2Fit has advised to obtain a referral letter from the general practitioner or another specialist before starting training, the customer must do so.

Article 3 Intake procedure
In order to guarantee responsible exercise, you must have had an intake interview before participating in any of the activities. After agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions, the training sessions can begin. You must immediately inform Convert2Fit of any changes to your personal data.

Article 4 Time and place
When confirming the registration, Convert2Fit will inform you when and where the participant is expected. This has of course been discussed with the customer in advance. If, due to any circumstances, a time cannot take place, Convert2Fit is authorized to schedule another time in consultation with the customer. This must be announced 24 hours before the training starts, this applies to both Convert2Fit and the customer. A training session with one of our personal trainers will take place as agreed. If you are unable to attend for a week, the training session in question will be postponed for a week.

Article 5 Execution of the assignment
Convert2Fit is obliged to guide the participant as well as possible during the activity, given the purpose and activity. The content and number of participants are determined by Convert2Fit. Convert2Fit will perform the work within the framework of the assignment to the best of its knowledge, expertise and ability. However, this is an obligation of effort: this means that Convert2Fit is not responsible for the success and achievement of the service provision, nor for the extent to which this service provision contributes to the objective set by the participant.

Article 6 Liability
Any assignment accepted by Convert2Fit is subject to an obligation of effort. Convert2Fit can never be held liable for results not achieved. Convert2Fit is only liable for shortcomings in the execution of the assignment that are the result of carelessness and incompetence in providing advice and carrying out the assignments. Convert2Fit is not liable if, for whatever reason, items belonging to the participant and/or third parties are lost in any way at Convert2Fit. Convert2Fit is not liable if the participant suffers damage in any other way and this damage is due to the failure to follow the oral or written instructions given by the Personal Trainer, or to the physical or mental condition of the participant. The costs of any accident or injury will be borne entirely by him or her.

Article 7 Termination
Convert2Fit is entitled to terminate the agreement in whole or in part with immediate effect without obligation to pay compensation if the customer does not, or only partially, meet his obligations under the agreement. Article 8 Payment conditions

If the participant does not pay on time, Convert2Fit is entitled to refuse the participant access to the activity until payment has been received. In addition, all payments due for the remaining term of the agreement become due and payable and you must pay them to Convert2Fit within 14 days after they become due.
